As part of our ongoing evaluation of Europlanet activities, we are still collecting data on updates and activities from facilities and visitors who have participated in the Europlanet Transnational Access (TA) programme.
Indicators for Transnational Access Impact
Why do we need this? As a condition of funding for Europlanet 2024 Research Infrastructure (RI), we must provide this information to the European Commission as part of our reporting. It will also help us make a case for future funding, and help us shape our sustainable TA programme, which we plan to run annually from 2025 onwards (fully funded by the Europlanet non-profit association). It is also critical for future applications for TA funding that outputs (such as publications) based on work from all TA programmes (current, Europlanet 2024 RI, 2020 RI etc) are included in the form. We do not expect that every site or facility will have something to report for every type of activity but we need to ensure that we know about activity that does occur.
Instructions: Please fill in the form below with reference to activity since July 2024. If, however, there is activity from earlier phases of Europlanet 2024 RI and/or from Europlanet 2020 RI that has not been reported previously, please also include that here (you can find the listings of everything entered to date on the European Commission’s CORDIS results pages for Europlanet 2020 RI or Europlanet 2024 RI projects). You also need to note which RI an output is most related to (e.g. 2020, 2024).
It is also key that each TA site or facility helps to collect feedback from visitors at the conclusion of their visits, by having them fill in an online feedback form. This form can be found here and we will also send the link to you and to the visitor via e-mail.
