  • New Wave NWR 193UC ArF excimer 193nm LASER
  • Beam size: 2 to 150 micron

  • Geochronology and isotope ratio of mineral samples
  • Stable isotope measurement of metal elements
  • Zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotope
  • In situ Rare Earth Elements analysis for mineral specimens
  • Surface analysis for traditional and non-traditional isotopic ratios
