The Europlanet Science Congress (EPSC, formerly the European Planetary Science Congress) is the annual meeting place of the Europlanet community, which invites contributions from planetary scientists worldwide. First held in Berlin in 2006 and regularly attracting 1,200 participants, EPSC is the largest planetary science meeting held in Europe. It covers the entire range of planetary sciences with an extensive mix of talks, workshops, and poster sessions while providing a unique space for networking and exchange of experiences.
EPSC 2026 will offer a range of opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors. Full details will be published in November; however, the following is to be expected:
- The exhibition at EPSC is open Monday to Thursday all day, and on Friday morning.
- There will be a selection of exhibition options, with full-sized booths measuring 2×3 metres (smaller booths are offered depending on space availability), which come with two free staff registrations.
- The booking platform will be akin to the 2025 Exhibition and Sponsorship website.
The following tables summarize the expected exhibition and sponsoring opportunities for EPSC 2026, taking place in the Amare venue of The Hague, the Netherlands, from 6-11 September 2026.
