Benelux Hub Workshop: Stand Out with Your Scientific Poster

Are you presenting a poster at EPSC 2026? Do you want to attract more visitors,
communicate your science more effectively, and make your poster stand out from the
crowd?

The Europlanet Benelux Hub is pleased to offer an exclusive online workshop, “Stand Out with
Your Scientific Poster”, delivered by The Floor is Yours, a science communication
company that has trained thousands of researchers in effective scientific
communication.

During this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn how to:
– identify and communicate the core message of their research;
– design a clear, attractive, and impactful scientific poster;
– capture the attention of conference attendees;
– structure information for maximum readability;
– deliver an effective poster pitch.
The workshop combines practical advice, examples, and exercises that participants
can immediately apply to their own EPSC poster.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
– be members of Europlanet and associated with the Benelux region;
– have an accepted poster presentation at EPSC2026.

As places are limited, a selection process may be applied if the number of applications exceeds the available capacity.
